Terms Of Service

 

  1. All deliveries to CANADIAN address only
  2. Purchasing products from Exclusivebud you must be at least 19 years old
  3. Pricing and availability of products are subject to change without notice
  4. Flat Rate Shipping $20 except PEI, NL, NS, NWT, NU, YK: $25
  5. You are not affiliated in any way with any law enforcement
  6. All orders placed and paid in full before 9 AM PST will be shipped same day
  7. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday
  8. We reserve the right to ask for ID to verify age at any time
  9. ALL orders will be default to signature required
  10. Orders to Newfoundland, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories may take longer than Canada Post estimated delivery
  11. Exclusivebud will not be held liable for lost orders due to: 
  • mistakes made by the postal offices
  • damaged to order by postal service
  • seized at a postal facility
  • wrong address/unit # given by the customer
  • expired PO BOX numbers
  • stolen package after delivery
  • opting out of signature option

 

Replacement Package Policy

After viewing the status of your order, if your package is lost in transit, we will send  you a free ONE TIME REPLACEMENT PACKAGE UP TO $500
